Lambert Therapy Services LLC is a Mobile Outpatient Clinic serving the Eastern shore and Annapolis area — We provide one-on-one, high-quality Outpatient Therapy Services for adults with challenges resulting from Parkinson's Disease, stroke, brain injury, COVID-19, Alzheimer's Disease, head and neck cancer, joint replacements, osteoarthritis, and severe or long-term illnesses. We offer proactive, effective therapy services in our client's home to provide functional and convenient intervention.

Practice Owner, Speech Language Pathologist
Hi! My name is Kristen Lambert and I'm a state licensed Speech-language pathologist. I graduated from Towson State University in 2005 with a Master's Degree in Speech Pathology and have been working as a Speech Pathologist in outpatient and Skilled Nursing Facilities for the last 16 years. I am Vital-Stim Certified, an effective method for treating swallowing deficits. I enjoy working with the geriatric population, stroke survivors, and people with Parkinson's Disease to help regain their communication, cognitive and swallowing skills necessary to return back to work and live independently on their own.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with Dave and our three kids, hiking and spending time at the beach.

My name is Dave Lambert. I graduated from University of Maryland School of Medicine in 2003 and have worked in both the outpatient and subacute settings. I have 18 years experience in helping my clients return to their normal lives following orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and stroke recovery. I enjoy working with people with Parkinson's Disease and helping them maintain normal mobility. I believe in a treatment approach in which we take the time to develop a plan together that meets the goals of the client.

Ms. Lambert has gotten me from no food or drink by mouth, to a full puree meal daily and thicken drinks. Dr. Lambert oversees my weekly Physical Therapy for pain management and maintenance. I am extraordinarily happy with the therapy from the Lamberts.
